Helped to re-launch the Knits Division, to rebrand and sell to major department stores
• Daily communications with sewers, technical designers and patternmakers to develop a proper tech pack for overseas vendors; conducted daily fittings with approval from Creative Director
• Designed new embroidery artworks for all categories
• Worked with Print designer on print repeats and color stories ;Advised and selected proper pantones for seasonal color stories
• Traveled to Factories in Hangzhou, China for new developments, fabric/trim sourcing, fit sessions, and to work with factory team. Traveled to Hong Kong for trend research and new development

• Artwork placements; Including EMB design and placements, recoloring, editing
• Print Design: Develop original artwork based on inspiration, provide print repeat for factory along with pantone colors. Patternmaking Development,: Daily communication with Sample Sewers, and fittings with pattern maker to ensure proper fit before releasing to factory.
• Manage Biya Divisions/Pete &Greta from Trend research, to development into product development
