Perform assignments for development of new product concepts and solutions and supporting existing product enhancements as required. Development of new products including creating aspects of form, fit, function, aesthetics, physical and psychological interfaces as defined by the project scope. Create the documentation necessary to convey all possible design solutions and associated ideal manufacturing processes to management and customers through conceptual sketches, computer renderings, models, mechanical drawings and written/oral presentations. Determines materials, construction, basic mechanisms, shape, color, surface finish and general manufacturing processes. Perform within a design team in cooperation with Sales, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Departments typically involved in the New Product Development process. Supports internal design technicians, engineers, estimators, salespeople and external contract resources as required as well as project team, marketing, manufacturing, quality control, purchasing, suppliers and customers to meet project objectives.

Coordinate art department services (design, material selection, processes), assist in all aspects of screen-printing and custom embroidery.

Printing and Bindery Assistant / Delivery of printed material to all departments on campus.

Illustration of new product concepts through sketching and rendering, for advertising, product packaging, etc. Graphic design, decoration and packaging layout for a variety of product lines, communicating and coordinating projects with printers/vendors for outsourced services. Responsible for licensing accounts including Disney, Hershey, Budweiser and Coca-Cola.
