GOING OUT DEPARTMENT -Trend research and analysis. -Concept design and creative direction. Defining the vision and mood of the collections, identifying relevant trends, colors, materials, trims, fabrics, key shapes and prints. -Coordinating, assisting and guiding the design team through the development process. -Attending fittings. -Garment design in mutiple product families (outerwear, dresses, trousers, skirts and tops across knitwear, jersey and woven). -Going to shopping trips, trade shows (TexWorld, Premiere Vision, Intertextile) and development trips (China and India). -Participating in collaborative projects. -Communicating team status and objectives with Bershka head of design. -Presenting and defending the collections before the company product and general direction.
