    I'm Beau, a multidisciplinary designer, team player, and leader filled with passion and entrepreneurial spirit with proven experience in developing integrated advertising and marketing solutions. I strongly believe in the innovation, renewal and engagement of consumers through comprehensive design, branding and outreach. I’ve gained a vast skill set for design, branding, social media strategy, art direction, production, event planning and fundraising.       In January 2010 I assisted in the development of the OKC Pride Incorporated identity, since the launch of the identity I have built branding procedures and guidelines to be used both externally and internally by the organization. Developed advertising capaigns to promote both membership and donations as well as created advertising both print collateral, outdoor and digital to promote activates, fundraisers, retreats and pride week. Besides providing advertising and graphic design services to the organization I assisted on several committees to oversee the planning, safety and logistics of the OKC Pride Festival and the OKC Pride Parade bringing in attendance of more than 45,000 individuals from Oklahoma and surrounding states. For the past three years I have developed and implemented the sponsorship guide for corporate and non-chain local businesses as well as directed a small media team and took pictures of pride summer events.

      Creative Lightning Awards founded in 2004 at Oklahoma State University was turned into a statewide creative competition under my direction in 2009. As the executive director my responsibilities included leading the director team, coordinating and correspondence with internal and external University staff, creating sponsorship and advertising materials while overseeing all CLA branding, gaining sponsorship and long-term donors. Also responsible for all financial obligations and budgeting of CLA, planning of call for entry, judging day, award shows, concert and promotional events for the entire CLA program and events.

      The Nissan “Powerful Beyond Measure,” campaign is a $100 million integrated marketing communications campaign designed to build awareness and favorability of the Nissan brand while increasing total Multicultural share. The campaign placed third-place in the AAF-NSAC District 10 competition. As art director my creative partner and I developed the overall concept for the team, I then assigned design and research projects, set guidelines, created production elements for the NSAC presentation and assisted the creative director in the execution of the creative brief. As a creative member I designed magazine advertisements, billboards, commercials, laid out mobile applications and designed the final 32-page plans book.
