Beth Kurtz Creations
Lifelong lover of all things design and art related, I have been creating in a vast array of mediums since I could hold scissors. I have turned my designs into creations such as jewelry, clothing and leather purses. I have turned these creations into businesses, generating sales in brick and mortar and online retail alike. I have learned to target specific demographics using social media and traditional marketing techniques to advertise my products and businesses. I have the tools to bring to life the ideas of clients seeking something designed or created for them, whether their it be general or specific. I have an eye for detail and I like to make things beautiful.

The majority of my education and employment has been in the field of Child Development. Autism Spectrum Disorders have always been deeply fascinating to me. I studied this specific disorder intensively as related to language development, family dynamics, varying life skills/stages and worked in schools and homes to provide therapeutic services for children/adults with Autism. I learned from and with these individuals and have developed the patience and crisis intervention skills to handle situations ranging from the hilarious to life-threatening.
I have a wide range of other experience related to child development including teaching, lesson planning, skills training, motor development and more.
One might describe the fields of creative design and child development as two separate worlds. But I believe in integration. In my creative work I draw upon patience and knowledge of the psychology behind human actions to work with others and design effective marketing. In my work with children/adults I have always brought the arts in as education, entertainment and therapy.
Sharing my passions with others is my biggest passion. -
