Ben Garraud

Lead Flash Developer across a range of campaign work and carrying out research and innovation in interactive media and possibilities in the emerging mobile space.

During his time at TBCH as Creative Technologist he worked on projects as technical lead for clients such as Universal music, 3 Mobile, Egg, Smart, Mercedes-Benz, Royal Mail, The Post Office and Getty images. While working with, growing and exploring new technologies such as Papervision3D, Flint, Gaia, FLARToolkit, openCV and Yii. He has taken an active role encouraging innovation through teaching others and exploring and spreading new techniques and ideas.

At Twentysix Ben worked as lead front-end developer in a small technical team from varied backgrounds (Java / .Net / PHP). Working as the bridge between technical and the creative dept integrating innovative engaging user experiences with the technologies behind it. Clients included Royal navy, BMI, Help the aged, RBS, Waitrose and Lex car leasing.

This was Ben’s first position out of university, Ai London was a great proving ground for his skills and offered great opportunity to grow and expand both personally and professionally. Working on such accounts as Samsung, National express, Telewest/NTL, Post office and Universal music. This included working as tech lead on various band and label websites for Universal music, Polydor and Mercury records.
