In my current role, I work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, strategists, and clients, to craft campaigns that align with business objectives while pushing creative boundaries. My experience spans a wide range of projects, from mainstream, digital campaigns and social media strategies to large-scale branding initiatives. I thrive on collaborating with clients to understand their vision, turning insights into actionable creative strategies that drive results.

Developed a high-performing creative team to successfully execute design projects for various advertising campaigns. Develop and maintain graphical standards, templates, and resources. Design client presentations. Key Achievements: * Designed campaigns for the client with in the given guidelines but with out of the box ideas. * Created campaigns while meeting extremely tight timelines. Although region was totally different from India I managed to survive. There was a challenge of market, language, culture and more but I accepted it and proved my immunity of creativity. I was handling a Telecom, Bank and Local transport Company's account with the help of small team. It was different experience altogether. Key Achievements: * Selected to redesign the company's new statement, improving its organization and clarity while reflecting federal regulation changes. * Provided branding direction for local non-profit organizations as the principal art director supporting community outreach program. Clients handled (Telecom), HSBC, Bank Al Bilad, Volkswagen Muscat - Oman : Omantel (Telecom), NBO (Banking)

Was handling small team with in a group. From briefing session at client side to come up with ideas and execution to put it in a presentation and present it to client, once it's approved then to start with needed follow up with suppliers like photographers if shoot needed, Illustrator, stylize, costume designer etc. Artwork stage needs to check each and every outgoing piece for accuracy. As I was handling brands like Geetanjali Jewellers, Set Max, part of Star entertainment I used to do lot of celebrity shoots and radios as well. Key Achievements: * Created award-winning campaigns while meeting extremely tight timelines. * Won many pitches and added business clients to the agency. * Re-launched brand Jumpin from Godrej in market with big success Clients handled: Star - Star World, Star Movies, Star One, Geetanjai, Set Max, Nutrine, HNG Glass, Kotak, Goodknight, TATA Realty.

It was great experience as working in Bangalore on brands like BPL Sanyo, UB, KSTDC etc. I was a part of small team and used to head designer, art director and a copywriter. I was a part of launch of luxury train from KSTDC called Golden Chariot. From name to printing material for inside train, ads, shoots I was involved. Key Achievements: * Developed a team to get it done every day's tremendous flow of job with in limited resources. * Won 2 new clients with proposal of strategy to capture market in throat cut competition. Clients handled: Birla Super, Golden Chariot (KSTDC), BPL-SANYO, UB - Sand Piper, Zingaro, Kalyani, Ittina Properties, Wep Peripherels and Eureke Forbes

Skillfully directed the production of diverse collateral marketing materials, including over-sized POP materials. Produced captivating brochures, and compelling advertising campaigns while attending press checks, photo shoots and client management meetings. Key Achievements: * Increased business by effectively managing large, multi-faceted campaigns from the concept to their completion. * Developed a solid reputation for doing whatever it takes to deliver superior design concepts to all clients. * Designed clean and well-constructed graphics supported by thought-provoking concepts.
