    I'm an Industrial Design graduate from Columbus College of Art & Design, turned UX UI Designer. During my college years studying industrial design, I've learned the principle behind quality design is not just visual aesthetics but the 'why' behind the design. To me the reason for creation is the first place of importance for every artist.

    Research was the foundation for anything user related as an industrial designer. Understanding why this product would be necessary for the end user created the blueprint for user centered design. I'm accustomed to research, A+B testing, case studies, documentation, and prototyping to work with a team successfully to design a quality product.

    The transition from industrial design graduate, to design consultant, graphic designer, and now UX UI designer has broadened my skill set and people skills supporting my understanding for UX UI.

      Lead User Experience Designer in ‘Controls’ space for 2nd Line Products. Had the privilege of leading nine applications, maturing eight, educating stakeholders and POs during the design process on UX best practices and documentation, ideate with UX peers to enhance our design system (TUXEDO), develop a more efficient onboarding process, provide high-level diagrams and UX architecture for product connectivity and data ingestion, in conjunction with interviewing and onboarding new hires as well as some managerial opportunities to collaborate and delegate work.
