- user experience research, field research, focus group research, and data analysis thereof, in regards to new product concepts, prototype functionality, and instructional product graphics

- injection molded part design of snowboard boot eyelets for an improved nylon lacing system
- material research, concept development, and pattern design for snowboard binding ankle straps
- price point driven product differentiation
- point of purchase concept development
- aesthetic design of boot uppers
