Bob Zuba graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design. His early work in graphic design later merged painting and design into an illustration career.
As an illustrator, the evolution and development of his founding innovative technique he calls 'Zubism'. A conceptually driven, turning solid color into realism with the use of texture and embedded design elements, easily transitions itself into clay sculpture. His approach is sophisticated, humorous and imaginative, allowing his unique characters to speak for themselves.
His illustrations have been published for, design firms, book publishers, children’s publishers, newspapers, advertising agencies and magazines across the United States and internationally. He has received many prestigious awards from the NY Society of Illustrators, LA Society of Illustrators, The New York Art Directors Club and American Illustration. Bob currently lives in Pennsylvania near the majestic Pocono Mountains.
