Collaborate with customers, produce job quotes and execute design strategies in the fields of product, interior,
package, and graphic design. Projects include re-design of Lincoln Electric headquarters manufacturing
entranceway, conference rooms and promotional products. As well as product design for JFL Enterprises’ Duck
Commander product line and graphic and package design for Molly P. Originals dolls.

Work side by side with customers and sales force to create design objectives for internal design department.
Guide designers through concept development, engineering, ISTA testing, die creation, print preparation and
production approval for point of purchase displays, packaging and signage. Meet daily with production
management, customer service, and business owners to assure project deadlines are met.

With direction from design management produce concept designs, product renders manufacturing
drawings and 3-Dimensional prototypes in concert with other members of the
internal design team. Customers include Nike, Eveno, Preserve, Hasbro and Waring.
