Creative Director Interactive Products
Apr 2014 - Present (7 years)
As a creative director, I am responsible for both creative direction of programs and project management, leading our team of talented industrial and interaction designers. I have enjoyed leading projects for clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, Proctor & Gamble, HP, Intel, T-Mobile, Huawei, and Jinni TV. I believe that projects should be good for business and for the real end user, and put this belief into practice when framing opportunities and defining product experiences. Translating user experience into interactive products has become my passion, with an emphasis on the marriage of the physical and digital aspects of each product.

2014 - 2015 (1 year)
Lead Industrial/Interaction Designer
Jan 2010 - Apr 2014 (4 years 3 months)
As a lead designer, I am responsible for both creative direction of programs and project management, leading our team of talented designers. I have enjoyed leading projects for clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, Proctor & Gamble, HP, Intel, T-Mobile, Huawei, and Jinni TV. My interest and experience in quality home goods has been invaluable in developing my point of view in the consumer electronics category. I believe that projects should be good for business and for the real end user, and put this belief into practice when framing opportunities and defining product experiences. I have been increasingly interested in using storytelling and animation as a method to clearly communicate the value of our work and pull clients into the mindset of their customers.
Jun 2007 - Jan 2010 (2 years 7 months)
My responsibilities include design and management, leading projects for Microsoft, Intel, T-Mobile, HP, Mod Systems, and Panasonic Avionics. Teague focuses primarily on consumer electronics, and is highly collaborative, usually involving mixed teams of industrial and interaction design. I was often involved in concept definition, design development, 3D, and video/storytelling projects. Being exposed to Teague’s expertise in the transportation/aviation field was a very special opportunity, which culminated in an award winning project for Panasonic Avionics in 2010.

Technical responsibilities included sketching, computer modeling, and rendering (Adobe Photoshop and Alias StudioTools). Created image boards and presentation materials, both digital and print. Interacted with clients for kick-off meetings, concept reviews, and final presentations, presenting both my own ideas and those of the team. Carried multiple projects from conception to final design with the assistance of senior designers.
