I have the technical skills and aptitude to quickly understand any mechanical product, system, or process and add value through innovative thinking and problem solving. I excel in positions that help me grow personally and professionally through working with others who are equally comfortable collaborating with me, teaching me, and learning from me. I am comfortable throughout the entire spectrum of the R&D process from initial brainstorming of new ideas and concepts all the way to manufacturing process improvement. My skills are certainly hands-on, but I have a strong analytical capacity as well as a desire to understand the business aspects of a company that drive the engineering requirements. My attitude is positive, I play well with others, and I lead by example.
