I created strategically designed packaging, digital and sales pieces that improved customer brand experiences resulting in higher retail and catalog sales.

Design Supervisor and project manager for the in-house creative team at Snohomish County’s largest public transit company. I managed daily creative requests, designer schedules, performance reviews, budget estimates, project briefs, stakeholder meetings, vendor relationships and project delivery. I helped grow Community Transit ridership 147% by promoting public transit benefits and enabling consumer empowerment. I provided creative direction for the Website redesign which created an improved user interface design and trip planning experience.
