Led an amazing team of Visual, Home, Hardlines and Apparel designers. Responsible for all aspects of design, from forecasting the trend need to creation of product and the graphics placed on them. Worked within our PLM system to connect with appropriate vendors while working on the instore experience to house our designs. Tracked artwork requests and output. Created seasonal calendar to keep product design on yearly schedule. Conducted employee performance reviews and responsible for hiring within area.

Taught all fashion design classes at WMU. Encouraged student's growth in flat pattern design, draping, construction, Illustrator and sketching.

Freelanced with many companies throughout the city. Responsible for meeting with client and understanding their design needs. Many projects centered around graphic art creation and apparel sketching. Companies: Tommy Hilfiger, Betsy Johnson Kids, Mary Kate and Ashley, Freeze Kids, Blueberry Boulevard, Children's Apparel Network, Haddad Apparel and Adjmi Apparel Group.

Conceptual Design Sketch Artist for Blue Label at Ralph Lauren. Researched historical dress, shopped vintage and created a working wall for designers. From this research we would begin sketching ideas for garments with historical influence but modern relevance. Once approved by our Lead Designer, designs would travel to Product Development.
