• Accountable for outlining and executing VM presentation and standards to all Louis Vuitton freestanding stores throughout Benelux and Nordics area ( total 10 stores ), reporting to Country Visual Merchandising Manager and the Marketing Manager for the Benelux – Nordics .

• Implement and adapt Global VM Guidelines
• Setup for new store openings, store conversion to new concepts, products launches and events.
• Organize and attend Windows Installations : recruitment of local’s contractors and support to each windows installations. ( 5 per year )
• Mentoring and training instore VM Specialists by workshops, internal communications, meetings etc.
• Annual budget planning and follow-up.

-Protect and maintain the daily store’s VM concept
- Receive and process new merchandise.
- Stock merchandise on the sales floor.
- Organize presentation standards in the stockroom
- Maintain presentation standards on the sales floor: lightning, aromatization, display cases and sounding.

-Sales of Romero Britto’s works: originals paintings, sculptures, limited reproductions/editions, art installations. ( 150 works per year )
-Organization and staging of exhibitions in art fairs, museums and various cultural institutions. ( 5 exhibithions per year )
-Organization of opening/private viewing and related P.R events at the art gallery. ( 25 events per year ).
-Conception of Visual Merchandising tecniques, display and curatoring of the art gallery.
-Management of Britto’s copyrights and other Intellectual Property Rights.

- Conception and staging of the store's windows and VM strategy for the sales areas.
- Training the VM and Sales Staff.
- Attendance to customers, suppliers and clients.
- Implementation of VM in various others branches and business locations of the same company.
