Oreo Work

For over 5 years, I was on the OREO team and worked on a steady flow of different work for OREO specifically. The OREO CLUB STORE carton redesign was a pivotal project. The current package was too busy and looked cluttered in a pallet pattern. My idea to shift to a large food depiction was well liked. We clarified the package and made the food hero with the logo in second priority. This change lead to a significant sales increase at SAM'S Club and Costco and triggered a redesign of the grocery OREO SKUs, and later on a full global redesign along with full brand guidelines for Asia, Latin America and E.U., all of which I was closely involved in. The OREO vehicle wraps and vending are part of a much larger "Future Oreo" project that was conducted. We worked on a range of different product forms, structures, and even imagining new flavor combinations. In the 10 years since that work was done, more than 1 dozen of those flavors have been taken to market.
