Create next-gen design strategies for the global agricultural vehicle product portfolio. Engage in cross functional teams with engineering, marketing & sales, purchasing, product development, manufacturing and suppliers. Act as the voice of ID to customers and media outlets. Present proposals and final designs to executive leadership.

Industrial Designer, 03/2012 – 03/2013
Create Visual Brand Language and creative direction for entire vehicle product portfolio. Responsible for all agricultural vehicle exterior and interior design in both production and advanced R & D studios, using a variety of media from manual and digital 2D sketching and renderings to 3D CAD. This included the all new redesigned 2014 STS model. Generate color, material and finish directions as well as UI/UX direction and implementation. Design product graphics and branding.

Execute product concepts and renderings for automotive and non-automotive products from initial design to production.
Create the interior design theme and supported the exterior design of four of the Monaco Coach and Holiday Rambler line of recreational vehicles. Mentor junior designers. Receive US Patent for IP design.

Created design themes for premium Mark Levinson branded audio speakers for Lexus brand vehicles.

Senior Industrial Designer, 04/2004-03/2007
Lead and manage all interior styling direction from my initial sketch to production on cross-functional, global design team in Pune, India, for the full interior design of a new semi for the Navistar/Mahindra joint venture. Create design themes for exterior and interior of LoneStar Harley-Davidson Edition that was presented to senior management for review.
Create the exterior and interior design for the ProjectXT concept vehicle unveiled at the 2005 Chicago Auto Show. Lead the design management and vehicle build of a twenty-five person team of digital modelers, clay sculptors and builders.

Industrial Designer, 04/2002-04/2004
Generate numerous exterior designs for the ProStar mid-cycle enhancement. Generate interior designs for the CE Series and RE Series of the IC School Bus brand. Create the interior design theme of the Heavy Duty, Medium Duty and Severe Duty range of trucks. Receive five US patents for steering wheel, seats, door panels and HVAC control designs.

Generate a variety of UI/UX designs for HMI/multi-media interfaces for auto OEM and motorcycle OEM customers.

Designed exterior vehicle headlamps and rear lamps for Chrysler and Toyota vehicle products.

Generated numerous full vehicle exterior and interior designs for Chevrolet, Pontiac and Oldsmobile brands.
