As an Industrial Designer with over a decade of experience, I have led the design cycle of new consumer products of small and mid-sized companies. I have worked in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing/Inventory, Executive Management, Marketing, and Production teams to conceive, develop, and manufacture bestselling products. I have managed and executed the full product development stack, including market and user research, opportunities evaluation, concept generation, industrial design, CAD development, prototyping and iteration, testing and customer validation, factory sourcing, quoting, costing and pricing, margin analysis, tooling, regulatory testing and compliance, specification documentation, and managing mass production with quality controls. Through repeating this process 100+ times, I've gained a wealth of perspective and insight into bringing new products to market.

I'm deeply observant about bringing a high level of perfection to even the smallest details, as I've come to directly appreciate what famed designer Charles Eames once said: "The details are not the details. They make the design." Each and every facet of even the seemingly simplest of products comes to bear in the overall impression and functionality of a product, which impacts sales, and I've learned to balance this intense focus with the overall business objectives and launch goals. I've worked closely with factories to help ensure that no stone is left unturned and that each product has the greatest opportunity for success in the market. My greatest satisfaction is to see products I've worked on fulfill their goals of providing unique and delightful solutions to customer problems in the marketplace.
