I enjoy everything about this job, from brainstorming to problem solving, to 3D renderings, to building prototypes. I start by sketching out hundreds of ideas, then narrow down the best choices to create realistic 3D models. 2D blueprints are also used as a template to ensure accuracy. I use this process to create working prototypes which go through user testing and human factors analysis. Currently I have a bicycle in the patent process that should see production in the next 2-3 years.

Currently I'm focused on designing for Lockdown, Schrade Knives, as well as Smith & Wesson, M&P and Performance Center Accessory lines. I worked on over 60 products for 2021, a few of which are patent pending. I'm truly blessed to have my dream job and love coming to work every single day.
