• Lead UK-based Innovation Team to develop new equipment platforms including the completed PFS/PFSF tray-forming systems as well as the in-process Enduragrip Applicator System and Automatic Blank Loading System
• Functioned as in-house subject-matter expert on new systems emerging from an Enterprise focus including platforms for Digital Enablement of Smart Packaging (RFID/BLE)

Market Development
• Worked with VP APS and Smurfit Westrock Marketing personnel to target specific markets for our solutions. This would include not only current offerings (Meta, VPS, Tray-8, etc.) but also new solutions based on the combined APS equipment group
• Acted as APS liaison with Smurfit Westrock Marketing to standardize/optimize our program literature, presentations, videos, and website, creating a more unified look with the various customer-facing systems we utilize
Process Development
• Worked in cross-functional team to support RFQ, RFP and Proposal systems, IFS and SFDC implementation and a more structured & formalized proposal generation/review system
