As part of the ID team, I generate innovative and viable new product concepts from brief. I have to create and develop 3D CAD for prototyping and photorealistic renderings. and assist other members of the ID teams. Also I collect data and identify design opportunities, I present data visually or through useful narratives and personas.

Working alongside design team, prepared front end presentation for various DE programs, Also, Helped support DE strategy process for products in diverse industries by working on research, concept development and prototyping.

Worked within the Kitchen and Bath Americas, New Product Development area in their Sanitary Line. Participated as a member of the Industrial Design staff in problem-solving exercises, research, concept development and design of products. Developed concepts through sketching, CAD and construction of mock-ups.

Assist customers within the LDS Church worldwide, maintain and repair their internet connections, resolve software and hardware issues, operating system problems, as well as provide other technical support-related activities.

Trained and mentored new Computer Analysts by answering their
questions and helping them through troubleshooting procedures.
Responsible for ten to fifteen Computer Analysts on a given day.
