Christina Cahalane

As an individual designer I have worked with large and small clients to provide ideal graphic solutions. In addition to design, I have been responsible for interacting directly with all clients.

Projects have included advertising campaign concepts, identity and brand design, packaging, point of purchase displays, storyboarding, print design and production, website design and front-end coding, photography, illustration, HTML email design and coding, information graphics, and photo manipulation.

Clients I have worked with come from a variety of industries including finance, consumer packaged goods, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, food services, retail, staffing, beauty, event, film, and advertising.

As the only designer I handled the creative of web, print, and email projects for this healthcare oriented staffing firm and its subsidiaries (Penklor, Ideal Capital Properties, WaterburyGroup, and CardioSolution). Responsibilities include print design, writing and editing copy, writing HTML and CSS, site design, developing brand standards, and implementing best practices.

Designed campaign concepts for locations other than Apple stores that carry Apple products. Campaigns needed to be easily applicable to a variety of environments globally. Other projects included t-shirts, posters, and storefront concepts.

Working in-house on print materials, I created customized campaigns to help corporations inform employees about retirement plan options. I was responsible for concepts, art directing, print design, and illustration.

Worked to create the structural design of corrugated cardboard packaging and point of purchase displays. Other responsibilities included instructional assembly illustrations, mockups, sample photos, and product renderings.
