Collaborated closely with the Owner to develop the company’s core lifestyle brand of knitwear, sweaters, denim, dresses, soft wovens and accessories with attention to detail and an exceptional taste level for Me.n.u retail stores and accounts such as Bloomingdales and Nordstrom. Conceptualized to take styles down to price point for Marmaxx and Target accounts while maintaining the Me.n.u aesthetic.
• Managed and executed the creative and technical design process from initial concept to final production for all product categories with a focus on quality, style and fit.
• Designed and delegated development of allover and placement art including prints, screen prints, embroideries, appliques and surface treatments.
• Design lead on the company’s launch of the Franki & Jack brand of 4-16 girls sportswear for Target online.
• Facilitated in establishing company’s foothold in Girls 7-16 apparel for the Marmaxx group (U.S. & Europe).
• Spearheaded the launch of the company’s line of accessories of jewelry, handbags and cold weather hats & gloves.
• Served as liaison between internal departments and external partners in managing all facets of the product lifecycle.
