* Manage all interior upkeep, decor and floral arrangements for Biergarten LLC restaurants * Prepare, edit and distribute correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, legal documents * Coordinate daily calendar of appointments, meeting schedules, corporate events, conferences and social affairs * Source and collaborate with specialty vendors to design custom lights, counters, mats and flags * Design graphics for t-shirts, menu layouts, napkins, coasters, hats, and other restaurant collateral

* Manage development of and quality control for luxury custom printed goods * Prepare, edit and distribute correspondence, quotes, and final invoices * Work with clients to design brand identities and business collateral from conception to print * Process and manage book keeping with vendors and clients * Schedule press times and client meetings and maintain project calendar for director

* Work with pattern makers, design, sales and public relations on press and custom orders * Development and design of specialty embellishments on pattern layouts and in final production * Hire, manage, and educate a group of 2 to 4 interns per season * Enter specs, develop garment grading and complete tech packs in GCS * Manage and process sample room department petty cash, credit and expense reports

* Identify customer purchasing trends and alter product placement to support opportunities and goals * Execute visual and sales objectives and weekly overviews by analyzing business reports for @anthro_NYC Instagram account and mannequins * Support in concept development and execution of interior and exterior displays

* Manage visual presentation of and execution of all production and installation of in-store graphics and retail POS displays * Communicate with district and store managers to ensure a cohesive customer experience throughout 70+ locations * Assist Design Director with concept development and execution of marketing campaigns for new product launches * Design in-store signage for FOH and BOH and art wall graphics as needed * Manage and direct freelance designers to execute large print products (billboards, construction barricades, truck decals)
