 Designed the Metro AccessPoint™ mobile workstation from the ground up with industry leading and proprietary features to streamline clinician workflows and make IT professionals more efficient
 Supported Human Centered Design principles including Voice of the Customer and ethnographic research in driving product concepts from ideation to market release
 Managed virtual teams and project execution by collaborating with software and mechanical engineering teams worldwide, including India and China
 Attended trade shows and customer events, interfaced directly with clients while providing technical support to the sales and marketing teams

 Designed a minimal and intuitive UI for MetroMonitor™ a web-based software that provides real time information for IT professionals to remotely manage multiple fleets of mobile workstations throughout a hospital system
 Redesigned the Lifeline™ cart with integrated features specifically designed for code response, including adjustable defibrillator platform, comfort grip handle and accessible medication tray
 Refreshed Starsys™ modular platform with updated aesthetics, innovative processes and interchangeable components which reduced operational complexity and improved profitability
 Performed in-depth research of industry trends, competitive dynamics and customer needs
 Assisted with the integration of acquired product lines through new branding scheme by combining aesthetics and functionality under a single style and platform
