My main responsibilities included responding to customer inquiries across all channels, meeting assigned objectives, and achieving customer satisfaction by preventing unnecessary escalation of issues. Other tasks involve analyzing contact drivers to understand customer needs, reviewing FAQs and website content for improvements, supporting colleagues and other markets to ensure all incoming contacts are addressed, and assisting supervisors with additional tasks, all while complying with applicable regulations and data protection guidelines. In my first year, I was twice named "Agent of the Month" for my workplace contributions and received the Global Excellence in Customer Service Award in September 2024.

Key to developing the brand, I soon became an indispensable member of
the team who´s experience and knowledge was valued. I quickly became
responsible for the overall management of the store and gained renown
throughout locations across London. I was able to secure and grow the
customer base through excellent customer service and the swift resolution
of complaints, both instore and online. I was also key to developing and
delivering the visual merchandising strategy, alongside other operational
responsibilities such as stock management, loss prevention and trend
prediction. I built and developed a team that was passionate and motivated
through the use of good management practices and tools, with a keen focus
on training and performance management.

During my time interning for the designer Shani Farhi, I was able to assist
her with pattern making, cutting samples and sewing prototypes, selecting
fabrics and trimmings, creating prints, assisting with photo shoots,
creating mood boards and retouching pictures for social media and
catalogs.

My responsibilities were the day-to-day running of the showroom in
Notting Hill, helping customers, stock control, supplier liaison, fielding
phone calls, managing expenses, updating social media profiles, delivering
exceptional customer service to high profile clients and preparing press
sample loans.

My duties here include assisting with all aspects of day to day running of the store including approaching all customers in a warm and welcoming manner and ensuring their visit to the store is a pleasant one, selling to specific targets and utilising add on and up sell techniques, assisting visual merchandisers with the overall presentation of the store, and ensuring that customer retention rates were kept high.

I worked as a store manager for this brand of leather shoes and accessories, where my duties consisted of overseeing all daily functions of store activity, helping with the general cleaning, supervising product inventory, verifying received products, operating and balancing cash register, and recruiting, training and motivating employees.

My duties were personal assistance with the stylists, making Press clippings, preparing Shoppings to deliver, creating corporative mailings and introducing the brands’ collections.

I created 4 different navy sets, including Popeye the sailor man, which appeared on Spring / summer 2009 catalogue.

It was a fashion retrospective from the eighties up to now which took place at La Vaguada (Madrid) where I draw some famous celebrities such as Madonna, Prince or Don Johnson and some other fashion sketches to be printed in human size. (I worked as freelance for Ketchum Agency).

I worked at the backstage helping models to get dressed during the Boy George’s B-Rude catwalk show in Madrid.
