Working with Product leadership to solution for a wide range of usability and design gaps across the automotive industry's leading SaaS platform. Responsible for conducting collaborative ideation sessions using Mural or traditional whiteboards and translating those sessions into tangible usability and design solutions. Artifacts include low-fidelity sketches, card sorts, user journeys, creative matrixes, rose, bud, thorn murals, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, interaction models, and clickable prototypes. Also responsible for creation and maintenance of DealerTrack Design Library which is comprised of reusable front-end UI components, patterns, interactions, and branding guidelines.

Conceptualization and problem-solving for new Citi mobile applications. Helping to define creative direction and user experience for all application front-ends (GUI). Wireframing and prototyping when needed. Production support and deliverables management for iOS and Android development team. Helping to define usability standards for intranet and internet websites, mobile applications, and enterprise software applications. Working with development teams to define future technology workflows and solutions.
