Oversaw, managed and designed overall web production including landing pages, channel websites and online marketing campaigns [for Costco.com and Costco.ca, Home Depot, Macy's and Decoria], company's website redesign, conceptual business proposal websites for Better Homes & Gardens and Bed Bath & Beyond. Acted as a web IT liaison for various departments (Marketing, HR-Recruiting, Operations, Customer Services-Call Center, etc) regarding different web application matters. Managed and organized rich media intranet used by 1700+ users. Documented and instructed users intranet accessibility and content submission. Owned and led the renovating of product warranties and surveys, and converted them from print medium to interactive. Responsible for hiring, training and managing new web designers. Achievements: a marketing campaign I designed brought more sales per day in the company history for three consecutive days. It was featured on Costco.com home page and Costco MVM mailer back cover.

Conceptualized executive presentations using Flash. Created a series of flash presentation with dynamic functionalities packed into installable CD software as a direct-mail marketing tool. Created streaming flash movies for web. Collaborated in identical brandings for company, worked along with RIM - Research In Motion products branding guidelines i.e. Blackberry phones.

Designed and modified variety of ads. Created layout designs for eight local directories. Designed and maintained company’s website. Collaborated in documentation of design procedures for company Designer’s handbook. Created a resource library for comprehensive design reference. Assisted in hiring and training new designers. Held QA responsibilities for pre-press duties of 6+ millions printed copies.

Achievements: streamlined production time with improved software. Automated directory layout with advanced programming which cut down production time from weeks to days.
