CHALLENGE: Create a management dashboard for a store manager.
Research based on the Balance Scorecard: customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, internal processes, financial services, environment & community and learning & growth.
SOLUTIONS: Data visualization of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), KRIs (Key Result Indicators), and analyzed the Service Recovery System.
ROLE: As it was just one teammate (Will Crowe) and I, we both did everything, from research to design.
