-Carry out duties for each season, such as line planning, fabric sourcing,
prints development, sample and bulk follow up, data research and analysis
sales for each season's collection for men, women and children.
- Collect data and requests from regional branches, liaise between vendor and customers, to ensure smooth transition in development to production.
- Work with technicians and designer on measurements and technical details on samples.
- Produce and analyse data reports in order to keep track of best sellers, use data as order guidelines and future developments.
- Manage, organize and ensure the whole team works and function smoothly.
- Implement PLM system for design standardization and integration with ERP system.
- Support marketing team with product write ups, assist in sale events, brand catalogues photoshoots.

• Produce two collections of garments samples each year, base on customer profiles and trend research on target market.
• Travels to US two times a year to meet with customer and promote collection.
• Create trend boards, CADs, color palettes and marketing tools to support the collection.
• Work with fabric sourcing team and R&D team to combine technology and aesthetics.
• Handles any requests from sales team or customer including fabric development, pattern ideas, CAD re-coloring, styling and details etc.
• Responsible for preparing the showroom from renovation to finish, including seasonal change of displays.
• Support marketing and corporate requests as in-house graphic and interior design when needed.

Designer (Division: Corporate Communications)
• Assist in creating various materials for promotional and marketing purpose, including advertisements, backdrops, display boards and signage.
• Work with the publicity team in various events to organize set-ups and displays.
• Support in-house designer in creating graphics or other materials for different sectors such as publications and SHKP Club.
• Follow up with contractors in production of the final product.

Merchandiser (Division brand: Ellen Tracy)
• Assisted in developing embroidery mock-up samples for Ellen Tracy in upcoming season of spring 2008.
• Organized and executed sample making from sourcing suppliers, communicating with factories to following up with sample production with US design team.
• Categorized showroom and proto samples by seasons and month groups.
• Provide sufficient clerical support for team members.
