Director of Community Relational Outreach (2008 - 2012)
Responsible for researching and implementing programs for the church to partner with the community to build strong vibrant relationships. Managed a budget of $60,000.
• Received the College Hill Ministerium’s Martin L. King award for community work.
• Partnered with Cincinnati Opera to bring Opera Goes to Church! to the College Hill community hosting an audience of 850 people and featuring a community choir of 100 from diverse religious, cultural and economic backgrounds. Event aired on CET Arts 48.3.
• Successfully created an annual Winter Open House to provide opportunity for congre-gants to gift its surrounding community and allow the outreach ministry to work in con-cert with other ministries of the church.
