Designing as a freelance designer for exhibits and interior retail spaces. I am always looking to build my clients and learn more about design through building my network.

* Became the lead designer of a team of six, within my second year of employment. Enabled the company to sell designs to clients at higher price levels and a wider range of design styles. In addition to growing my own skills I also add to the production of other designers with trouble shooting, brainstorming, and quality control checks. * Working as a team with sales and engineering departments, as well as working independently to design, price, source, and production reviews. * Lead company in designs sold at quantity and scale of size and cost.

* Research, development, and design for garden gloves. These were trademarked by the company and versions of my gloves are still currently sold at Home Depot. My graphic design logo concept was chosen to represent Firm Grip Gloves. BTP was Home Improvement Executive Magazine's Innovator of the year 2009 & 2010.
