Christine Lam

Born with a zest for life and a curiosity that could never be dialed back, it was natural that I wandered into fashion design. That interest led me onto a BA in fashion design at Lasell College. It was during my time there I decided to study abroad at the Paris American Academy in the fall of 2009 where I took classes in couture sewing, greatly improved my French, and developed a strong sense of designing.



Fashion design to me is more than just how a garment looks. It's the story behind the garment and strong concept that will differentiate itself from other garments.



My passion in this industry derives from the art of creation. Working with my hands, trend forecasting, concept development, engineering prints, draping, etc... Knowing that the product eventually ends up on someone's body is enough intrinsic satisfaction for me.
