* Designed Bags carried in over 30 doors, including Saks 5th Ave, and Urban Outfitters * Established merchandising plan to ensure a diverse offering of silhouettes was available each season at a range of target price points * Created original exclusive designs for every collection chose leathers, hardware and designs to wow consumer at target price points * Sourced all leathers, materials and sample rooms/contractors to produce products * Formulated a brand identity through creating product, a logo, a label, the brand's website layout and user experience, and by working with Public Relations consultants *
