B2B eCommerce Redesign

A global phamaceutical company wanted to redesign and rebuild their 18 year-old B2B eCommerce website. The rebuild includes migrating to a new SAP Hybris platform, updating the user interface and improving the user experience. The site is expected to launch in early 2020.

The site currently represents more than $2B in annual sales—a critical contributor to overall business revenue.

The company’s digital vision is be their customers’ chosen solutions partner, continuously supporting their goals through easy and seamless transactions while re-establishing the brand as a digital leader in the marketplace.

The design team’s directive is to ensure a continued, customer-centric focus and to elevate the current user experience.

I lead a 5-person design team and collaborate with the development partner, business stakeholders, project management and CX strategy. I am responsible for creative direction, experience strategy and design thinking; design asset delivery; and user testing.
