A hard working and enthusiastic design engineer who is always willing to tackle new challenges, roll up their sleeves and get stuck into work.

During my time at Survitec and at university I have gained a wealth of experience in working as part of a group, individually and taking lead on projects and gaining knowledge on a wide range of manufacturing techniques.

I take pride in the work that I do and meeting the needs of the client, providing service with smile no matter how busy I am and staying positive and hardworking.

I am a Product Designer who studied at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have done a range of projects throughout this course including a number of live projects with industry partners. I have enjoyed all of the projects I have done during this course and have developed a particular interest in user centred and medical related design.

I enjoy every stage of the design process, from the initial research, all the way to the evaluation of the final product direction. I am passionate about providing a service that will not only satisfy the needs of the customer but also widen the scope of my knowledge to enable me to develop further skills. I am not afraid of a challenge and the hard work that will go alongside.

I started working for the company in the design operations department supporting production by resolving current line problems and reviewing design data for upcoming orders to ensure all data that’s to be provided to the shop floor for production is correct.

I worked from the ME department to provide insight and training in to the design engineering aspects of the company. Whilst in ME department I also picked up skills and insight from the mechanical and production aspects of the company, which provided me with a more comprehensive detailed knowledge of design and manufacture and how they coexist.

      Duties & responsibilities:

      - Solving problems arising from production, finding the cause and taking action to prevent future issues.
