      Oxford, United Kingdom
      Jun 2014 - Feb 2016 (1 year 8 months)
Employed to provide full architectural design and coordination services.
This role utilised Microstation (2D & 3D) BIM software (AECOsim). Responsibilities included managing the documentation, programming and in-house resourcing for a myriad of projects including a 42 apartment aged care facility, Masterplan for a 90acre Business Park and bespoke, high-end (often Heritage Listed) private residences. In this role I became familiar Listed Building requirements and the online documentation management system Business Collaborator.

My role included coordinating critical repair works and maintenance items at over 300 properties in Oxford. Half of these were student lets, which required a large amount of patience and repetitive teaching: explaining contract obligations and home maintenance techniques to young tenants.
This was a stop-gap position while I searched for employment with an architectural firm.
