I was tasked by NHS Blood and Transplant to create an information website for organ transplantation patients.
This involved working with clinicians and stakeholders to create clear, helpful guidance for patients awaiting kidney, lung, heart, pancreas, liver and small bowel transplants.
The aim was to help adult patients in the UK better understand the transplantation process and make more informed choices
Users were central to the process. I ran card sorting exercises and interviews to understand patient needs, then tested the site to ensure it was helpful, intuitive and easy to use.
Working closely with clinicians helped to ensure the content was accurate, clear and fit for purpose.

This was my second major NHSBT project, following my work on their corporate website.
