Create advertisements for a direct mail coupon publication that is mailed out multiple times, in various locations, throughout the year. Discuss ideas and communicate with sales team to help facilitate the most successful ad campaign possible. Communicate directly with hundreds of clients to create artwork that both meets the clients' expectations, and increases their business exponentially.

Complete layout of each publication from start to finish. This involves making sure all contracted ads are included, there are no conflicting businesses on a spread, proofreading, and that the end product is appealing to both the consumer, as well as the paying clients.

Create various documents and other printed materials for the Community Color Mailer - both internal documents, as well as items for the sales staff to utilize with potential clients (i.e. rate sheets, testimonial letterheads, etc).

Assist with the hiring process for additional designers. Oversee and train other designers to be sure work is being completed correctly and in a timely fashion. Order office supplies for the entire staff as needed. Help with miscellaneous tech/computer support as needed throughout the office.

Created graphics for children's apparel being sold in numerous venues nationwide.
