I'm currently based in Brooklyn's Greenpoint neighborhood freelancing as an art director and stylist for both photography and events. I moonlight as a visual merchandiser and florist. As if that's not enough, I also run an e-commerce www.foundbyapropstylist.com where I sell vintage and handmade items that make any home photo ready. Prop and Off Figure and Soft Goods Stylist, Production Designer, Crafter and Visual MerchandiserBrooklyn, NY2008 - Present (18 years)Sourcing props, collaborating on design decisions, refining design briefs, maintaining budgets and managing art side logistics for pre-pro, shoots and post production. I have worked for clients on both still and motion projects for advertising, e-commerce, music videos and editorial. Clients include LL Bean, LaGarconne, HGTV Magazine, DuPont Corian and The St. Regis Hotel. In the past I assisted both prop and wardrobe stylist on shoots for both advertising and editorial clients including Mercedes, Lean Cuisine, Good Housekeeping, Converse and Parents. I also do windows and in store display for retail, including Club Monaco.
