Develops, produces and maintains all marketing literature (brochures, flyers, proposals, newsletter, ads) and presentation material. Email marketing campaigns and a monthly email newsletter. Creates and publishes marketing videos, web Maintenance and creates and updates corporate mockups and presentations as needed. Assists in the development and production of USAgain outreach and promotional events.

Conceptualize and develop print collateral such as annual reports, brochures, information graphics, posters, Design logos and develop branding materials.

Responsible for the creative aesthetic of the marketing and business development materials. Projects consisting of, but not be limited to sales flyers, HTML emails, email marketing through hosts like mailchimp and constant contact, brochures, mini-websites, web banners and print advertising. Also, responsible for photography of new sites once office interiors were complete.

Brand management, development of marketing materials and strategy. Keep communication platforms current including website, blogs and other social media. Assists with the development and delivery of marketing collateral including printed and digital material publications,growth of media contact list, monitor press coverage, up-to-date PR tracking schedules and coordinates communications for the Executive Director, maintains administration records, event planning, maintains District Conference and International Convention files.
