Overseeing design and production for all collateral materials needed for the events and projects and coordinate with supplier for gifts and merchandising products needed for the events.

Coordinate in all areas of design & production required by the company and their subsidiary company which include design & development of creative ideas for products, collateral, corporate Identity, brand logo design, annual reports, catalogs, label, Press- ad, packaging, labels, Journals, diaries & calendar design, photo retouching, content features concept, page formats and etc. Other task include the preparation product specifications, technical drawing, mock ups and reliase with vendors for sample making. As an inhouse designer, requirements are not limited to other expects of duties which include providing support in areas of design and development of exhibition booth, point of purchase, promotional standee during the product launch and exhibition. Other functional duties include callaborating with internal in-house departments for file conversion, page pagination, pre-pos lim, colors correction and conduct regular press checks as required.
Provide and conducting market Intel on current trend, presentation, colors, materials selection and perform basic product costing.

Conceptualising and developing structural props to be used with interactive simulation machine for public to explore and experience. Preparation of concept & design, 3D rendering as well as supportive technical drawing, materials and specifications for fabricating. Support in the design & production as well as all promotional & marketing material for the events.
