In support of the client's anticipated LTE mobile handheld for security personnel, our team was tasked with providing designs for a range of accessories, including a single unit charging cradle, a rack-mountable four-unit desk charging cradle, a high-G impact vehicle mount, a four-battery charging unit, a holster, and a dedicated hotspot device. Although I contributed directly to all of these accessories, my primary work centered around the four-unit desk charging/rack charging unit and the secure hotspot; with concept work for all the accessories and minor CAD support for both the single charging cradle (PTC Wildfire) and the vehicle mount (SolidWorks). All accessories except for the hotspot were in production for a number of years.
