Directed a multidisciplinary teams responsible for six product collections. In this role I defined the category design ethos, guided conceptual development, mentored design team through stages of product development, designed key signature products in collaboration with professional athletes and advanced design teams, and implemented product vision into production. I also collaborated with all elements of Converse product and brand groups to fully realize the brand as a cohesive statement at retail. Participated in on camera and print PR for brand. Frequent trips to Asian manufacturing centers.

Also headed up Intern program and university sponsered projects. Was vice chair and later chair of the local IDSA chapter at this time.
