For my placement period I travelled to Mexico to work for Air Design. A vehicle accessories design and production company. At their design plant in Cuernavaca I worked on projects involving General Motors and in-house Pet product range 'Air Design Pets.' Working as a member of a closely knit design team with access to on site production plant in fabrication of injection moulding, thermo forming and fast prototype CNC milling.

* Working to tight deadlines and company standard statistics. * Handling Direct customer queries over the phone. * Dealing with customer complaints and fault diagnostics. * Providing excellent customer care and support. * Dealing with over the phone payments/refunds and billing issues. * Maintaining customer security in line with data protection laws. * Working on an individual basis for business customer needs. * Multi-tasking numerous systems while interpreting customer data in call.
