About
Daniel is a Freelance Designer. He is currently owner of Design4Motion, a Design Studio that creates custom design products for his customers; he fabricates products using Carbon Fiber, Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic and 3d Printing. He has fabricated products for different areas like furniture and car accesories. He has fabricated racing auto bodies for the racing serial TC2000, a Supertouring Car Cup from the Rodriguez Brothers Racing Track. Since 2016 he is also a Teacher of the “Master Class in Automotive Design” in the ANAHUAC University.
In 2009 he finished a Master in Transport Design at the Scuola Politecnica di Design Milano
in association with Lamborghini. Skilled at using 3D tools -Autodesk Alias Studio- and
hands-on modeling and fabrication, passionate about transport and product design, and
available for employment immediately. He is 38 years old, married and enthusiastic to
live and support design activities. -

DESIGNERCuernavaca, MexicoSep 2007 - Sep 2008 (1 year)Member of the Design Team of Accessories for VW, SEAT, FORD, GM, PEUGEOT, HELLA. I`ve developed styling kits (wings, front and rear lip spoilers, sideskirts, grills and bumpers), fog light bezels and wheel covers. The design process includes: sketch and render, CAD models for milling machines (Tarus, HAAS, Royce) the materials that we use are axon foams and clay. Epoxy and Fiber Glass molds. PUR Injection parts. Thermoform parts using Senosan. All the products are ready to paint and install in the car.

Design of Urban buses for one of the big coach builders in Mexico: Operbus.
We Design and Built two buses for an enterprise called Operbus. We developed everything from sketch, digital models, 3d models to prototype. I worked directly with the Interiors Senior Designer of General Motors México. A great team work experience. Engineers and Designers working together to improve the traditional transport in Mexico. The goal was to break the paradigm. We wanted to see the transport as an experience not just a product.
Segway Accessories proposals. The principal goal was to mix the Ferrari styling with some functional ideas.
Mid Cycle Enhancement proposals for GM Express Van. The challenge was to renovate the vehicle with the image of the new products and maintain the lowest possible cost to make the change.
