A Year of Change

A Year of Change was an application designed and delivered for Dundee City Council.

The game allowed users to experiment with the budget of a typical family claiming benefits as they navigated the change to a new benefits system - Universal Credit.
The game won an internal award in Dundee City Council for its innovative approach to the subject matter.

I was responsible for all UX and game design. I needed to consider accessibility with this project as areas of the intended audience had a low technical skill level.
