• Effectively oversee revision requests for 10 categories. Communicate with vendors, designers, and product development regarding artwork, packages, print placement, etc.
• Responsible for initiating the creation and development of print and pattern per seasonal mood and direction via NedGraphics and Adobe Creative Suite. Maintain files and enter data for each creative package in FlexPLM.
• Work with cross functional leaders on special projects, style, and collections development. Simultaneously adhere to and elevate the Chico's brand image through unique print and pattern.

• Design and modify production artwork according to seasonal development needs. Render artwork into repeat patterns, develop color-ways, reduce colors to meet screen limitations, separate screens, and assemble into a package for vendors.
• Communicate with vendors, designers, and product development regarding artwork, packages, vendor prints, print placement, etc.
• Create training guide and train 5 new hires/interns on package process.
• Catalogue 50+ prints per season via print library in FlexPLM. Generate print and pattern line-sheets for CAD review.

• Design 3-4 printed quilts per season that exceed Walmart’s internal brands’ offerings and safeguard a profitable program for the Better Homes and Gardens brand.
• Research and conceptualize quilt templates, prints, and fabrications; communicate with suppliers and conduct routine follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
• Extensive experience in using a light box to view color samples. Possess strong color sense through creation of seasonal color palettes and color library maintenance.

• Sketch and CAD women’s sportswear collection of tops, bottoms, jackets, and knits, including prints, trims, and embellishments.
• Share fabric manipulation techniques with Senior Designer to design notable cut and sew tops.
• Originate inspirational collages and presentations for each line and manage developmental and tracking of all trim components, technical packages, and line sheets through to finalization.
