Pittsburgh Steelers Brand Essence Video

The Pittsburgh Steelers asked us to create a video that embodied the core values that the organization was built upon. It is to be presented to all members of the organization and then to all new hires. Employees are given a companion Culture Guide to keep.

As Creative Director on this video, it was my role to concept, storyboard, and oversee script development, shooting and final editing. The video involved being embedded with the entire Pittsburgh Steelers team and staff for five days of shooting behind the scenes footage and interviews. We were given access to a vast video archive as well as current game time footage to use in the final edit.
